How to Delete Your Account and Data

You can permanently delete your Leadstore account and all associated personal data at any time directly from within the app. No email or support ticket is required.

Open the Leadstore app and sign in to your account.

Tap the Settings icon from the dashboard.

Scroll to the "Delete account" section at the bottom of the Settings screen.

Tap "Delete account" and enter your current password to confirm.

Your deletion request is scheduled. You will see the date your account will be permanently deleted (7 days from the request).

The 7-Day Grace Period

After submitting a deletion request, your account remains active for 7 days. During this period you can cancel the request by returning to Settings and tapping "Cancel deletion". This grace period is provided so that accidental deletions can be reversed.

Once the grace period ends, deletion is processed automatically. You will not receive a separate confirmation.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is permanently deleted, the following is removed or scrambled:

■Your email address (overwritten with an irreversible random value).
■Your username (overwritten with an irreversible random value).
■Your password hash (replaced with a random irreversible hash).
■Your Google account identifier, if any.
■Your email verification status.
■All active login tokens are revoked immediately when deletion is processed.

Site profiles, audit records, and tag telemetry associated with your account remain in our database in anonymised form for aggregate analytics. They are no longer linked to you or any identifiable individual.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app or your account, you can request deletion by emailing us at support@leadstore.xyz from the email address associated with your account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days.
